Endeavor3 was founded in 2002 by an expert in the IT business who was tired of watching IT implementation projects fail. He realized that many companies were employing technology products that were missing business targets at alarming rates, and he set out to correct that problem. The founder used his expertise to perform project forensics on both failed and successful implementation projects to develop a new method of ensuring a project's success. He determined that, with the proper evaluation model, companies could improve, if not exceed, their target goals when implementing technology. In order to achieve this, He employed a new method of evaluating technology, which he named Productive, Profitable Technology. This method not only drives productivity, it also heightens efficiency, thereby increasing profit.
