Endeavor3 performed an IT Utilization assessment to determine what benefit there was to be gained from upgrading core software and whether there would be added benefit from switching to a tier-one ERP system. We further developed an Operation Solutions Map (OSM) that proposed new business process to fully utilize the upgraded technology, allowing a 25% gain of organizational profits. The OSM provided the client with a focused list of business and technology projects, with a specific, quantified business benefit associated with each.

Endeavor3 was engaged by this premier direct seller of home products to carry out an IT Utilization (ITU) assessment. The assessment covered all areas of the business, including planning, finance, supply chain, order management, warehouse management and shipping. The assessment identified significant scope for improving productivity and profitability within the context of the existing infrastructure and enterprise software. The review of effective business use of technology was presented area-by-area, to allow further work to be prioritized. In addition, the impact of system performance issues on the business was quantified, and recommendations given for where to focus investigations into these issues.
