Endeavor3's Operation Solutions Map (OSM) builds upon the same key organization parameters as the ITU offering to develop a blueprint of operational improvements through the more productive use of technology. This blueprint provides calculations of improvements ensuing from the new processes. The results of the OSM are the conclusion of a detailed analysis of all the main functions of the client’s business. This analysis is used to develop modified processes that use technology to improve operating efficiency. These measurements include annual cost savings calculated for the new processes.

An OSM gives an organization a map to build business process improvement and technology enablement. This map fulfills any of a project’s requirements prior to starting an implementation and, as such, helps ensure success in the implementation of change.

Companies may use this product during the implementation of a new technology system to focus the implementation on specific business goals, such as increased profits, lower costs, and improved service.

Endeavor3 selects specific technology products and develops a Technology Integration Solution (TIS),™ a unique integration plan to achieve Productive, Profitable Technology.™ Using the OSM as a guide, the TIS study will evaluate, align, and select an organization’s technology requirements for specific vendor products. The TIS then provides an activity plan for the implementation of the selected technology products.

The TIS is the third step in completing an organization’s plan to integrate their technology and business operations for improved performance. The TIS vendor selection work can be provided as a stand-alone product or may be combined with an OSM to complete a profitable technology solution and implementation plan.
